This event raises funds for the Starlight Foundation. Seventeen teams of eight competed, trying their hand at running, riding and swimming\/Kayak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The repeater at the Blowhole, Kiama was established the day before with ample time for testing. The event occurred the following day, commencing around 0900 and concluding at around 1630. A \u201cwalk in\u201d crossband was set up at Minnimurra to allow portable UHF coverage in the immediate vicinity. This high point was around 2.5m above the rear of the carpark at James Oates Reserve.
