General and Annual Meeting 2023

The next General Meeting and Annual General Meeting of CREST NSW Inc. will be held in the Maitland
area and online via WebEx on 18th November 2023.

VENUE AND TIMES:
The meeting will start at 1000 hours on Saturday 18th November at the Telarah Bowling Club (Clark Street,
Telarah) and will be available online for those unable to make the trip to Maitland.

REGISTRATION:
Please advise me as soon as possible whether you will be attending. And if you are attending whether it will
be face-to-face or via online. This assists with knowing how many to cater for.
Note: There is only room to accommodate 12 people so please let me know as soon as possible if you wish
to attend.

REPORTS:
All Team Leaders and the State Executive are asked to provide their written report to the Secretary
(secretary crestorgau) by Tuesday the 7th November so that they can be distributed to the all members
before the meeting.

ELECTION OF OFFICE BEARERS:
The election of Office Bearers will be held at the Annual Meeting on Saturday afternoon. If anyone is
interested in nominating for a position please contact me or nominate on the day.

AGENDA ITEMS:
If anyone has a topic they would like listed in the agenda please provide a paragraph on the subject by Monday the 13th November.
